Dr Hatch saw me on an emergency basis on short notice and provided excellent treatment to diagnose my condition and provide the necessary treatment to resolve the matter.
Dr Hatch is one of the best in her field. Professional, warm, confident, and experienced, explains everything in understandable terms and give’s options if possible. She is passionate and client friendly. I have been a patient for over 10 years, Corneal granula dystrophy. I couldn’t see without her care. The best 10/10 score! QJD

After one visit to this doctor I feel completely confident in her. She diagnosed a condition that, unprofessionally speaking, it eludes me how any one and their assistant could miss - though many have - and she acted on what she saw instantly. Excellent surgeon and surgery but logistics for routine Waltham office visits leave a lot to be desired. Whether the logistics problem (typically 2 hours+ for a standard visit) is due to overbooking or poor scheduling is not clear?
Dr Hatch is extremely knowledgeable, warm and patient oriented. She explains everything in laypersons terms ,answering all questions clearly. She has performed multiple procedures on my eyes, due to a chronic condition with fabulous results. I trust her wholeheartedly! She is the best I have been a patient for over 10 years. I consider her to be among the best in the US.
I had Laser PRK in right eye and Smile in left. Dr Hatch and her entire staff were amazing. Truly professional, prepared and competent. She explained exactly what each procedure would entail and what to expect during recovery. If your considering Laser reach out to Dr Hatch
I seen Dr. Hatch on numerous occasions in 2021 & they were all HORRIBLE EXPERIENCES! I read some of the reviews on this page & was shocked to see any positive comments. It's as if these people were talking about another doctor. I would NEVER RECOMMEND HER TO ANYONE.
Dr Hatch has NO interpersonal skills and has an extremely lousy bedside manner with her patients. Half the time she stares at the computer screen while you are asking her a question. If she does answer your question it is not in a way that non-doctor can understand it. I have asked her to write things down so I can have something to take hone with me & either I get nothing or what o get is incomprehensible. I am in the process of living ok’ing for a new eye doctor. I suggest you do too.
