Will not recommend. My parents received a cert letter from office that she no longer wants them as patients. Dad tried to re-schedule an appt. last week. Krysta not helpful, unfriendly demeanor. Read my review from July 2019 of their treatment of my mother, both doctor and Krysta.
My 84 yr old mom was turned away for appt.Was told she had to pay a non overdue bill first.Krysta rude to mom & not helpful Krysta used condescending tone with me on phone & in person. Dr Malan was equally rude, argumentative & condescending. I asked to speak w/ Dr Malan after I arrived, the other woman near Krysta angrily stated, 'I'm doctor Malan" She used a rude hand gesture in attempt to dismiss what I was saying.
