No way to get urgent appointments. Always weeks out
Great Staff, Dr Malan takes time to discuss treatment and results. She is a very good Doctor.
Dr. Malan is one of the best I've encountered. She discussed my concerns/conditions, offered various options, does excellent follow-up and accommodates scheduling. She and her staff are also available for questions any time. Staff is also exceptional.
After waiting for 5 1/2 months for a "New Patient Visit" I was informed that they were NOT taking any new patients at the time THEY made my appointment and if I wanted to go to the end of the line now that they are, I could wait until 2024 to be seen.
She is a very caring and knowledgeable doctor. She comes into each appointment prepared.
I booked an appointment at the office July 2022. I could not get in till April 2023. I even called last month at the office to make sure they took my insurance and no problem I was told. Today, February 8th, I get a call from the office telling me Dr Malan is not accepting new patients. What are you kidding me? Telling me this 7 months later. Really unprofessional. Dr Malan is a very good listener. She responds to your questions and requests. Your care is personalized and for me has resulted in positive results. I feel she is up to date with medical interventions. Her “bedside manner” is pleasant and friendly.
The staff at dr. Malans office is the absolute worst they don't care about you or your appointment they will gladly cancel your appointment at any time and give you all kinds of difficulties when trying to reschedule. Make no mistake about it you get to go there on their convenience not yours. The doctor obviously has no control over her staff or have a talk to or treat her patients. Or it could be potentially worse where she does know and doesn't care.
Staff is friendly and understanding. Dr Malan is easy going and detail oriented.
