I have seen Dr. McCullough for more than a decade. She is an accomplished provider, with a warm open style who easily answers questions with clarity. Importantly, the technology in her office is up-to-date. The staff in her office are competent and friendly. This is an excellent optometry practice. Periodically I also see an MD ophthalmologist for more detailed exams that understand my other health conditions in depth. Meanwhile, I recommend Dr. McCullough and see her when I am in Tupelo.

The doctors have the absolute worst attitude. None of them want to be there, especially the old hag at the front desk. She is very rude and condescending, she needs to retire and leave. She has no desire to be there and that is very hurtful for the clinic, as she turns people away with her snarky attitude. Not crazy about the doctor herself, I'm nervous about having to go back because i never know what attitude they will have. I don't recommend at all, find somewhere else
Recent experience at Dr. McCullough was not positive. Reasonable request by a patient is given a " take it or leave" attitude by the medical staff. This doctor gets annoyed when a patient questions her about the safety of a medical product or procedure. I would not recommend this medical provider.
