I cannot say enough about the quality of care my son received at VTCC. From the moment we arrived at the beautiful new building, the staff was informative, caring and and incredibly communicative. We heard from numerous staff, including doctors , within the first 24 hours of his admittance. They wanted to be informed and actually tried to improve his condition through therapy and medicine instead of holding him until he felt better like some other facilities we have used. Beautiful new building with friendly staff and the wait time wasn’t bad either. The location is a bit out of the way but we had a good experience despite the gloomy weather.
