FRAUD! Do not use. That will take your initial fee just to meet with you and tell you that if you want actual services, you have to fork out an additional $3000. They did not respond back after my concerns. Unprofessional and scammers. -Update to review and their response: Their response was disingenuous. They have yet to contact me directly or refund my money. I'm sure the perfect review from before are phony. Buyer beware.
Katherine Interiors was used and not only did they do a terrible job but they took our money of $600, and disappeared without a trace. If in fact you do respond to all your requests and care so dearly about your customers, please provide an accurate way to contact you to refund my wife's money. This is unacceptable and you should not take client's money if you do not intend to do the work! This is called FRAUD and will be reported to the state attorney's office for prosecution!
I’m extremely satisfied with all of the work that has ever been done for me by Kathryn Interiors and will be hiring them again on other rennovations and interior decoration upgrades I’m seeking to have done. Their punctuality and professionalism is only outdone by their attention to detail and ongoing service.
I would recommend Kathryn Marsh Interiors over and over again! Both Peter and Kathryn are extremely professional, flexible, and really put care into your project. They delve deep into your vision and get it right on, with multiple options to choose from without even asking. They hit deadlines, are timely, didn’t rush us for decisions and just made us feel like their focus and priority which was great. Even after our project had ended, they have checked in on us. If you need a designer, this is the team you want.
