Kathryn did a phenomenal job selling our Father's home after helping us navigate through the probate process. We all live multiple states away, so Kathryn served as our "boots on the ground" by coordinating with contractors and utility companies. Not only did she assist with many activities outside the scope of her normal duties, she also closed a deal WAY above asking price. I can't recommend Kathryn enough!
