Dr. Kathryn Otto is an utterly deplorable doctor who should be avoided at all costs. Her lack of professionalism is staggering—she displays no care or competence in her practice. The administrative staff at her office is equally appalling, rude, and completely disorganized, making the entire experience a nightmare.
