Just horrible experience with this doctor during a panic attack. I was yelled at for crying. Extremely inconsiderate during a time of need .
If I could give 0 stars I would. My mother has been waiting to hear about some results from a test that has been making her very anxious. She found out they have had the results for days but she hasn't heard anything. She finally got the nerve to give Kathleen a call. This chick was extremely condescending and yelled at my mother and told her never to call her again after office hours because she doesn't get paid for those phone calls. Not sure if she's just overworked but the doctor has been rude and condescending the past 2 times I've been to see her. Office staff never follows up when she says she is going to put an order in for a test and I have to make multiple phone calls to follow-up.
