I have been working with Kathleen for years, especially in the area of Brain Spotting. This is a profound technique that has allowed me to remove past issues and traumas and be at peace in my life. The biggest one was with my mother. No matter what I did I could not let go of the abuse from my childhood. After Brain Spotting, I now live free of all that and have been able to let go of all resentment and anger I held onto for over 60 years.
I’ve received Kathleen’s counseling on many occasions over the years. She is a very thoughtful and insightful therapist and uses different techniques and tools to address the situation. Most recently Brain Spotting allowed me to quickly get in touch with my feelings and release my anger and hurt. She’s given me so many tools to manage life’s difficult issues and I continue to learn from her.
Kathleen has been a tremendous help in my work to undue trauma and the ensuing effects it has had on my life. I have spent my whole life numbed out and she has helped me feel more connected to my body and mind than I ever have been. She has been an excellent resource in my journey to healing.
Kathleen is a wonderful woman! She has helped/guided me to a better version of myself. She has a great ability to let you feel comfortable being yourself and working with you where you are at in your life. I highly recommend a visit if you wish to better yourself on any level. She has the tools and experience to help you get it done.
