I cannot recommend Kathleen Phelps highly enough. After a traumatic skiing accident that left me with a broken neck, shattered knee, and multiple other injuries requiring 16 surgeries, I was struggling with severe PTSD, depression, and anxiety. Dr. Phelps was big part of my mental health journey. She didn’t just help me with my mental health, she helped me through my grief. I now have many tools when I am in need. I will always be grateful for our sessions. I highly recommend Dr. Phelps, specifically if you struggle in finding an understanding therapist.

It can be really hard to find a therapist who you can trust and feel safe with. If you are looking for someone who is kind, compassionate and trustworthy look no further.
