Incompetent staff. No directions, follow up reminder or paperwork mailed. Arrived at AU and they said that she was out today because she was at their newer location. Nurse sent a message that we were on our way and they still marked us as a No Show and we could not see Dr. Mckie. Well, Dr. Mckie lost a patient today and the staff almost caught a mouthful but I turned the other cheek.
