I do not recommend seeking care with Kathleen or her office. They are seriously struggling right now. It seems like she is too overwhelmed to do her job properly. If that is not the case, it is straight-up negligence. I came to them with significant symptoms that are affecting my quality of life and have been for years prior. She had no sense of urgency and offered the bare minimum amount of help. I had to call her office several times to receive test results and to ensure they were being put in the portal. Kathleen has been my doc for a long time and I really appreciate her and her willingness to get me in when needed and more importantly my family. Thank you Kathleen I appreciate you so much more than you know. She deserves all the stars.
Couldn't see the doctor because I was late trying to find the place & fighting traffic. Never been here so we shall see when I actually see a doctor. So if you pass that 10 minute window past your appointment it will be rescheduled.
