As the previous commenters said her customer service is poor. Not only this but she talks about patients to colleagues right outside of the room and the walls are thin so you can hear her bad mouthing you or making negative comments about why you even came in again. It’s unprofessional. If she hates having people come to her with complaints or think only certain types or races of people deserve quality care then why become a doctor? I will agree with the previous post I felt like I was getting bum rushed it was as if she left in the middle of the appointment she didn't tell me the appointment was over she left me sitting there for 10 minutes I got the impression that she was going to be returning she didn't ask me if I had any more questions didn't make any recommendations didn't seem concerned I found this visit to be unprofessional and didn't have the courtesy to tell me the visit was over just walked out I would not recommend this doctor.
I saw Dr K O'Connell and felt like I got the bum's rush. Came in, asked about my issues, looked quickly and the answer to all my questions was "bone on bone". Tried to explain the right foot issue had to be from an injury & very painful. Bone on bone. Left in pain, still in pain, and trying to get an appt w a reputable podiatrist Done
I was not happy about the problems I was having with my feet but I was enthusiastic about my visit with Dr. O. I had seen Dr. O years ago for my feet and everything was great. She as well as her office staff were kind, knowledgeable and efficient. So when I began having problems with my feet again I felt confident Dr. O was the right choice. She is great! One of my biggest frustrations with doctors is the amount of time they spend with you (<2 minutes, no questions answered). Dr. O'Connell spends time discussing the problem, the various solution options, and will answer as many questions as you have. One of the best doctors I have had. She also seems passionate about her field. I can't recommend her enough.
