This process overall has gone a smoothly as I could imagine. The staff was supportive and helpful at every step. All problems and concerns were dealt with in a timely manner. I only had one issue with one nurse during a phone call where she was quite condescending. Overall we have felt confident and supported. There are a few small things that we thought should have been handled differently, The most important one was not being able to get an itemized receipt for our prepayment, I spoke with 2 different people in billing and was told they would find a way to get me a list of exactly what we had prepaid for, but it was never received and no one followed up with us. I had my HSG and hysteroscopy done today with Dr. Kathy, and she eased all my nerves! I was having some anxiety, and was nervous about being uncomfortable. From start to finish it was less than 30 minutes for both. The HSG was extremely easy, and not painful whatsoever. I really appreciate her bedside manner, and making sure I was doing okay.
