I got a subpeana for the medical records, she refused to give me the medical record even after she saw the coart order. I gave her two months before I file a complain and a motion to cotempt. she does not deserve this curtacy.
Would not recommend. She seemed very unprofessional. I received text messages from this therapist in the wee hours of the morning which was very strange. Most counselors have no issues communicating with potential clients or via phone but Ms. Bass was insistent on communication via text only. She called me one time I missed her call. I later called her back only to have my call sent to a full vm inbox. She seemed very elusive almost as if she was hiding something. Very responsive. Extremely educated. My only wish is that I found her sooner! I send everyone to Kathleen!
