BEST EXPERIENCE THIS LENSCRAFTER LOCATION IS OUTSTANDING. I was BLOWN away with the PROFESSIONAL STAFF and their ability to make all of my glasses the SAME DAY. Never have I seen such GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. THE WHOLE FAMILY WILL BE GETTING GLASSES HERE.
find a better price glasses are ok but they are too expensive even with discounts service is just mediocre i dont think they really cared
Lenscrafters - College Square The glasses they make are okay. The prices are not as discounted as they would like you to believe. The staff is not always helpful and some seem to lack the proper training, nor do some of them care if they do a good job.
Disappointing I recently went in for an eye exam and found the experience disappointing. It's changed quite a bit since the optometrist I'd been seeing before has left. The optical department has been redesigned and looks great. The selection of frames has improved. However, the optometrist didn't seem very experienced and seemed too interested in selling me new lenses. Will be looking for another optometrist.

I have never had a worse experience with a healthcare provider This is the worst optometrist office in town. Staff is rude, incompetent, disrespectful, and condescending. You will wait forever for your appointment, but once you're in, they will rush you out the door. You will not be satisfied with the results, especially if you next door to Lenscrafters to have your glasses made. Customer service is nonexistent -- your questions will go unanswered and they will treat you like you're stupid for asking anyway. Stay away.
poor communication I am very disappointed in the communication this location has. I thought that by me telling them exactly what I needed and bringing my prescription down to them, they knew exactly what I needed. My insurance covered all of the first $150.00 and then I was to cover the rest. I spoke with Jamie originally and she told me that I would have to pay 25.00 per box and that was for the same ones I had with the other Eye doctor. That it would take 3-5 business days to get them. What a great store What a great store. I love the Lenscrafter at Eastern and St Rose. They are very welcoming and very knowledgable. I also love the product, they have everything and glasses are made while you wait.
