As a listing agent I have a fiduciary responsibility to work for my Sellers and at their direction regarding price, showings and conditions of sale. This property in question had been on the market for 1 year and had multiple low offers because the home needed roof, siding, carpet, kitchen and bathroom repair and was full of 40 years worth of furniture and neglect.
