I am the one that posted in July 2016 about Dr Grady ignoring a diaper rash and it was a horrid case of perianal strep. It has been 4. 5 years since I left that review (which was probably a year or so after this all happened), and we are STILL dealing with long term chronic constipation called encopresis where my daughter has to see a ped GI, all due to Dr Grady ignoring our pleas for help. So, a doctor ignored us and almost 6 years on we are still dealing with the fallout of her ignoring us.
We have been with Dr. Grady for 4 years now - I have 4 children under 7 years old. She is professional and very knowledgeable. She really cares about my children and how they are doing. We have had several medical issues arise in our time with her and the practice, and she and the rest of the team have taken excellent care of my children. My one daughter screams a lot when we are at the practice but she calms down for Dr. Grady :) full recommendation
I have had nothing but good experiences with Dr. Grady. She is nice to all 5 of my children and took extra time with my twins. She has never steered us wrong. She also makes a point to ask about the other children and even my husband while I am there with just one child.
Dr Grady became our pediatrician because our prior ped left the practice and moved out of state. She had terrible bedside manner, didn't know how to relate to kids (my 2 kids would SCREAM when she did things like checked their ears because she was so rough). The worst thing was when she ignored a diaper rash that I brought my daughter in for no less than 5 times, simply telling me to sit her in a sitz bath, only to find out it was the worst case of perianal strep that her new ped had ever seen.
Kathleen Grady, MD has a 3.7 star rating with 6 reviews.
