Sometimes, I have to persuade them that I have an important concern that needs their attention. There have been times that they've paid attention to my concerns, but not many. They gave about the same level of care as others I have been to for the same problem. I wasn't greeted at all when I walked in the door. No one seemed to notice or care that I was there. They always made sure that I wasn't in any pain. Office staff is awful and uncaring. Aren't they working with children?
