Every staff interaction, whether it'd be the nurses, doctors or the receptionists. I've had has always been met with respect, patience and understanding. The only thing I would wish to change are the doors that lead to the examination rooms. I wish those were automatic doors since some of the space is a bit narrow, trying to walk through with a baby carrier, or if someone had more than 1 young child is a bit awkward and difficult with how heavy the doors are. Professional and good bed side manner by nurses and doctor.
Dr. Davis is always so thorough and takes time to speak with my child to make sure that they are able to express their feelings and how they are doing.
