Staff friendly. Just changed name to New Dawn, so was confused when saw new signage. Would have nice to be informed of name change as a patient. Also beautiful old building but waiting area needs to be updated.
Both counselors I see are incredible! No issues with scheduling and they call the day before to confirm your appointment. Everyone in the office is BEYOND nice. It’s a little family there and I always feel welcomed and comfortable! Refuse to go anywhere else. They saw me the next day after calling them! Great staff.
Several family members have been clients at Kathleen's Counseling office for over a year now. We have had interaction with several therapists as well as the front office personnel on staff and are very pleased with the exceptional professionalism & compassion for their clients who seek counseling at a very vulnerable time in their lives.
