Dr. Colorado was very kind and helpful. It was easy to schedule an appointment and the south tampa office is really close to my job. Unfortunately her staff are unbelievably rude and unprofessional. I called because my prescription strength was written incorrectly, no big deal. I explained that to two staff members until Kami answered the phone and said the lady I was talking to was literally in the middle of surgery and couldn’t help. Ok, I didn’t ask for her. I’ve been going there for the past 3 years for my acne. They’ve gave me 6 different medicines and 2 antibiotics over those years. I have oily skin and it is sensitive. They never looked at my acne closely or examined it they just glanced at it from 5 feet away. I don’t know what type of acne I have because they never told me. Right now, I’ve never had worse acne in my life. This place is the absolute worst when it comes to acne.

They forgot to sign a form so we had to go back to get it signed but they were locked up and the lights were all off 10 minutes after they said they opened. I then called and a “desk attendant” told me they were open. They were not
