After ckecking in for an annual check up and giving BP and weight I was left in a room for over an hour. No one said anything, I could just hear what everyones plans for lunch were as most of the staff seemed to be sitting around talking. When I went to see they needed to reschedule I was met with rudeness and "well we are short handed". I get that, but common courtesy would be to have told me that upfront so I know what to expect or I would have been happy to reschedule for another day if I had been called this morning.
