I have know Kathleen Brady for several years as a tennis buddy, friend and professional realtor. I trusted her company with buying and selling a house for me. Kathleen was an absolute pleasure to work with. We had a plan and goal and met them! I was managing the sale of our home from out of state and Kathleen provided recommendations of local contractors who were outstanding. She even went out of her way to check on everything when I was not able to be there in person. I highly recommend her as an agent.

Kathleen was fantastic to work with. After my fathers passing, we had to sell a house that had not been lived in for sometime. We found Kathleen through Willow and left the rest to her. She recommended contractors to address the items that needed to be fixed. She helped supervise and review the quality of the work (since we live out of town ) and within 24 hours of the listing, we had a contract. The property closed yesterday! Thank you for making this process so easy.

I've purchased two homes with Kathleen and feel like I got the best price and houses possible. The second house was a little tricky, because of contingencies, but she navigated negotiations like a pro! I'd recommend working with Kathleen.

Kathleen is awesome to work with. She has sold two houses for us, the most recent being in 2016. We have referred her to friends who have been equally pleased with her skills. Photos and staging ideas are great. She also helped us purchase a house in 2006. She has an exuberant personality and is a pleasure to work with.
