I scheduled my first appointment with Vacchelli for 30 minutes after taking a urinalysis for my PO at the time. I went to my appointment and was asked for me to take a urinalysis. Afterward Vacchelli called me drunk, didn't consider a false positive or to offer another test to verify and told me to leave.
I called to make an apt. Her help told me I need to call my insurance and see if or what they would pay. That should be her job and not mine. I am not the one wanting to make a buck. Never would I go to one who seems so lazy.
Kathleen is a great listener and compassionate counsellor. I highly recommend her to anyone needing this kind of medical treatment.
