She was very professional, responded quickly to all of our questions and concerns, and made the selling of a condo very pleasant! She was very knowledgeable about the area and other nearby condos for sale. She staged the condo, took great pictures, and sold the home quickly for the price we wanted. The condo had a second owner who lived out of state, and she handled the transaction with efficiency and ease.

Kathie was a great help in the selling process, she provided clear guidance up-front on how we should market our house and set the price.
