Kathie is a truly exception realtor. She guided us expertly through the whole sale process of our house. Kathie represented our house extremely professionally and highlighted its qualities in her listing and was always available. I highly recommend her if you have a sale or want to make a purchase. And to top it all she got us a full price offer within a week of listing it.
If we could give Kathie Lauhoff more than 5 stars we would!! Kathie stepped in to list our house during a difficult real estate season for Houston. It was post oil/gas industry layoffs and post Harvey. We had originally listed our home with another agent, however we got very little traffic during those six months. You just have to look at her diligence and detail on how she list her properties from the pictures to the detail of the house. She is very passionate as a real estate agent and she has the best interest of her client always.

The time between her initial evaluation of the home, photos, officially putting the house up for sale, the open house, and the time the buyer put in their offer was less than 2 weeks!
