Kathi is a wonderful realtor! She helped us buy our first home 5 years ago. We were young and had very little. The home we wanted to purchase had a broken window that needed to be repaired before our loan would be approved. Kathi talked with the listing agent and they split the cost of the repair, knowing we just couldn't afford it. We were approved and moved in 2 months after our first visit to the house! I can't believe it's been almost 5 years since Kathi helped us find our dream home in Elk Grove. It was a tough market when we purchased our home. We couldn't get our bids in fast enough before houses were getting pulled off the market. So we had to be fast. Kathi understood our sense of urgency when something would come up.
