Dr. Richman was the epitome of a smart, professional doctor who communicated every detailed bit of information before, during, and after a (painful) brief medical procedure. She had an excellent bedside manner, was very honest, up front, clear and direct which I very much appreciated after having some not so great experiences in my time with doctors who skirt over details. Dr. Richman is very friendly and well explained the whole procedure and test results.
Dr. Richman was extremely professional, persistent and caring during my recent visit. She carefully explained every step of the exam, answered all of my questions, and, most of all, let me know what would happen next. Because of her thoroughness, she located a small polyup. I made plans to have it removed after conferring with my gynecologist. I am indebted to Dr. Richman for her determination and resolve.
