I visited Dr. Matta for the first time, and she was wonderful—professional, empathetic, kind, never dismissive, and most importantly, she took the time to understand my concerns and clearly explain what’s happening with my body.
The front desk lady is so inpatient, having no empathy whatsoever. Terrible calling experience!!
