My family and I have been going to Dr Hakes for 15 years. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. My girls started going there when they were young. They never complained about going because the dental hygienists are awesome! Her team is professional and friendly. She has made a few crowns for me which always perfectly match the original teeth. I highly recommend Integrated Dental Arts.

Dr. Hakes is very nice and a skilled dentist. She understands her patient’s needs and explains treatment well. The office staff are all professional and helpful. My husband and I both appreciate this office.

Horrible and judgmental. The staff discuss the patient within hearing and create a negative atmosphere.

I have been a satisfied patient--indeed, a grateful one--for decades. It would be an eccentric person who wants to visit the dentist, but when one needs the dentist, Drs. Hakes and Eliassen are professionals with skill and courtesy of the highest order. And everyone in support staff shows a level of competence and consideration that's evidence of a well managed and thoroughly integrated team. Simply The Best, as Tina Turner says (were she a Spokanite, I think she'd protect her smile here).
