Dr. Kinsel and her staff are exceptional with quality of care and communication. She was very responsive to even my after hours communication which really meant the world to me. I've honestly never had a better experience with any other doctor before.
In March of last year I went to Dr Kinsel for a routine concern. I was in a worse situation than I thought and I can say that her care and direction for me actually saved my life. When she moved to Downtown Dr’s. Brown I followed. Since she has been there I have received exceptional care and wouldn’t change anything! She is first my primary care giver and next a friend.
My mother and I have been patients of Dr. Katherine Kinsel for approximately 4 years and have been incredibly pleased with her care. She always takes the time to listen and understand our concerns and illnesses. My mother is in her 90s and has several medical quirks. Dr. Kinsel has been an answered prayer in helping me to care for mom. She always answers my calls and texts and helps me to come up with a solution to the many medical issues with which we are faced.
