I had the privilege to have Dr. Jackson as my doctor for many year's In the Richmond, Michigan office and she was and will always be my favorite Doctor. She was very professional but had a beautiful kindness to her that made me feel, safe, heard and very well taken care of. I know in Wisconsin now, you all have an amazing Doctor to serve you with Excellent patient care. She is missed truly. If I could give a 10 star, I would!!!!
She’s so busy, we cannot get an appointment with her! She’s our primary care doctor and we haven’t seen her in over two years. I called to make an appointment and after waiting on hold for over 5 minutes, I was hung up on and had to call again!
Just seen for the first time. Good personality, patient, had to wait a long time in the waiting area. Medical assistant not friendly at all. . Would go back however i called for blood result,s it took me calling 4 times to get a answer. Unacceptable!! You could be dead before you get a answer !!!
Just seen her for the first time very nice personable waited a long time in waiting room and I was the first one there when the opened for the day would I see her again yesI don't care much for her medical assistant not very friendly almost like you were bothering her seems like they have good office hours. Nice new office too
Dr. Jackson took her time to listen to my concerns. Referred me to specialists as needed. Not very good on calling back regarding blood work/test results. Takes a while to get follow-up calls.
I have been her patient for years now. She takes the time and takes care of my issue. Respectful, Very informative, explains things well. Sends me to specialists when needed. I would and do recommend her! Can't say enough, great Dr.!
She is just great and punctual! I don't usually wait long at all. She's always friendly and helpful. She spends time really listening to what the patient has to say. She seems very knowledgeable even on the newest medications and procedures available. The office staff are always kind and helpful. They do a great job! Dr Jackson and her staff are top notch! I would definitely recommend her!
She is the most down to earth, caring doctor I have ever met. She takes her time to get to know you and is always understanding and compassionate. She is phenomenal. The staff is amazing as well, and probably the friendliest staff you will meet.
Dr. Jackson has been amazing at treating and referring my entire family through a variety of experiences. She has always had a caring personality, and been on top of many different situations and complications.
