Dr. Chou was a perfectionist when it came to my foot issues and orthotics! Her explanation of her process and making of my new orthotics was meticulous. Also, her care of my nail fungus was comprehensive, and she explained everything very thoroughly.
Dr Chou is a gem. She’s the best, great head to toe! And she’s got panache and excellent care practice and staff. Flexible and compassionate and knowledgeable. Also she has fabulous style and hair!
I had an appt. with Dr. Chou as a new patient for Oct. 7 at 11AM. However on Sept. 30 around 4:30 PM I received a call from the office saying they had an appt. the following day-Oct. 1-due to a last minute cancellation. Would I like to come in then, I was asked? I said yes. However, when I woke up on Oct. 1 the smoke in the air from the fires was bad because the wind had shifted.
