I was impressed with her attention to detail, and her concern for my eye health. Got a pair of glasses because the last pair I got from another provider made me feel sick for months. The other company refused to fix them time and time again and said I would need to adjust to them, which should have happened in that time frame. She found a great pair for me that immediately worked and felt great. My first time going to Dr Cox was last month, ordered glasses and contacts. Was told contacts would be 4 days, glasses 2 weeks. Called after 3 weeks, was told not ready. Finally today one mo later, there here. Oh but she forgot to charge me $9 and the contacts. I paid in full the day I ordered. After arguing with me, stating not her fault it took so long, it was the labs fault, I paid the balance, walked out! Very poor service , I don't recommend. Now I need a new optometrist

I was not examined by Dr. Cox, my complaint was when I purchased glasses and lenses from her office, and I was not able to use because I could not see with the poor quality of materials used. The integrity with office policy is low. When I ask for a refund I was told and showed a misplaced sign stating they do not refund prescription lenses. It was not properly displayed. So now I am out $407 for glasses I cannot use. I do not recommend doing business with this office.
