EXTREMELY POOR CARE!!! On 7/15 I had a new patient appointment. I called that morning to tell them I was not feeling well and had definite urinary tract infection symptoms. I was told to come in to the office. No history or exam was performed. All questions kept going back to COVID. I stated three times that I had a urinary tract infection. NO urine sample was taken.
