As a woman’s health practitioner, it is appalling and almost antithetical for her to act as condescending and disrespectful as she does. I’m glad to hear that I wasn’t the only one with this experience. Off the bat, she was on a Zoom conference during my appointment and was struggling to turn down the volume she proceeded to invalidate all of my concerns — including telling me that I didn’t have anorexia because I had a healthy BMI. Worst Canadian clinic experience… from front desk to Kathrine Chu herself, very impatient, sarcastic. Worst thing is the doctor smoke vaping in the patient treating room… won’t be back again. Always shout from her office, what kind mental state she is at…
I was just calling for a friend to reconfirm the time,patient is an elderly, so she was not sure and asked me to confirm for her. I called and secretary was so impatient, speak mumbling, hold the line then hang off, the waiting line bgm was two beeps and confusing… when she finally took my call, I heard she sighed… and felt annoyed… as someone working in medical or clinical industry, this is so disrespectful and no wonder and elder patient required me to reconfirm for her.
