Katherine was attentive, personable and extremely caring, focusing on my needs on an individual basis. Super professional but still warm and easy to open up to! Hypnotherapy wasn't something I was 100% confident on going in but the results were outstanding, would recommend to anyone struggling with tricky cognitions/habits.
I have been working through anxiety issues for a number of years. I had a hypnotherapy session with Katherine last week and I am still feeling the positive effects now. Wow! I was amazed at the difference this made to me after just one session! I decided to try this to help with disproportionate anxiety I was experiencing prior to some things I was doing. Although I could rationalise that there wasn’t anything to worry about I still couldn’t control the worry.
