I highly recommend Katherine to anyone searching for help with anxiety and emotional issues. She has a great insight into the workings of the mind and with compassion she offers practical help that continues well after the session has completed. A genuinely lovely person with a beautiful heart!
I recently had 2 hypo sessions with Katherine for frequent urination at night, that I have had for many years. Katherine's expertise and empathy in this area was incredible and I went very deep during the session. I have completely changed my attitude towards my issue and am sleeping deeper with less anxiety and negative attitude towards it.
