This lady is awesome. I've had to go to the Adventist Health office in Kingsburg 2 or 3 times this year and she's seen me each time. She's very good and knows what she's doing. And the AH staff are always great too.
If I could give 0 stars I would. My sister visited this office because she was very weak, dizzy and had no energy so she had blood work done but no results were given to her. Her recheck appointment wasn't until three weeks later. Ten days after her visit she felt so weak she called an ambulance and was taken to the hospital. Upon review of the blood tests results from her previous doctor visit it revealed that her blood levels were at critical levels but she was never notified!! Katherine Austin, is smart & very professional. She diagnosed my husband with pneumonia. My husband was given the proper medical treatment needed. I thank her for that & for serving our community. I will always trust her with our family medical care needs.
Seems rushed, doesnt listen, doesnt explain anything, and her attitute is the worst. The medical assistant even offered to cancel her appointments for the day because she was specially moody. Save your time and your health and go to someone else.
