I've known Nick for 12 years now, and have had him cater, personal chef, and even do small classes for my family and friends. It's always a great experience! Nick cuts no corners with quality products, or his process. I had spent 10 years in the restaurant industry in my younger days, and am quite picky about certain things. I particularly love how quick he is to help you learn technique as well as teach you about the ingredients and pairings. I highly recommend Katering by Kreft!
Chef Nick took the time to understand and cater to our family's particular needs (and as someone on a paleo diet, that says a lot). His portions are generous and he literally delivers the meals to our fridge. This is the only completely hassle-free meal solution that I'm aware of.
I've had a great experience with Chef Nick over the past year and half. His food is delicious and the portions are generous. He pays attention to my dietary needs and has adjusted the meals over time as my needs changed. I appreciate the time and effort he puts into creatively varying the meals, using quality ingredients, and his flexibility regarding meal delivery. Chef Nick makes it easy and convenient to eat well!
Our church hosts a yearly Ladies Tea and Silent Auction. Each year, Chef Nick prepares the food for it. His presentation is excellent and the food is fantastic! He uses fresh, quality ingredients that result in delicious cuisine.
Chef Nick rescued our daughter's wedding, as we cancelled the larger celebration and planned a micro wedding of 20.He prepared a box dinner, with individually packaged mains and sides, and addressed food sensitivity issues. In addition, he created a mini wedding cake and delicious cupcakes. Our guests could not stop speaking about the food.
