I have lived here for seven years and love it. We have received many compliments. In response to another review: yes, we do have stains on the carpet from a sprinkler leak. We have done our best to clean it. Not sure if I agree that walls are dirty, but if you come into the entrance of any apartment building, you have to remember that's where the main traffic is. You won't find too many buildings comparable to this one in what they offer.

Took my mom there to check it out. The building is kind of new but it looked run down. Huge carpet stains and walls are dirty. Big pass.
