Very disappointed.
I received a very wilted bouquet of flowers. When I sent Kaitlyn photos of the wilted flowers, dried greenery & broken stems she didn't respond. The fact that she wanted photos to prove I wasn't lying was enough to put me off this florist. Her quick defensive attitude indicates she's had issues previously. Terrible customer service & poor quality product. Flowers should bring joy, not frustration & disappointment.
Received a Beautiful arrangement from Katelyns flowers today.
