Horrible place to shop or sell your items to – I am never going to shop there again. I agree with the rest of the people who wrote a review. The people who work there, including the owner, make you feel unwelcome. There is a much better family/kids consignment in Hillsdale (called Children's, i believe). What a difference! I am never shopping or leaving my items for consignment ever again in that place. I have no idea who they think they are to treat people so poorly, so rude...every time i leave that place i feel my energy ... read more

unwelcoming – it seems to be limited to a few selections. every time i have been in there, i have been made to feel unwelcome. The staff is not helpful, and treat people poorly. i have witnessed friendly behavior of the staff to shoppers they seem to know, so maybe its fine if they know you. otherwise, skip it. the parking is terrible.

This consignment shop has inconsistent buying habits and selection. I have taken things in for consignment which have been turned away, only to take them back a week later and have them taken. Sometimes they have an impression selection of merchandise, other times not so much. This wouldn't bother me so much if the staff were a bit more helpful. I keep going there, however, because I have found some pretty good deals. Its just a matter of putting up with apathetic staff and inconsistency in general.
