I recently dealt with Laura S. Nielson/Office Manager/Customer Service Representative for State Farm Insurance Company with Katelyn Aldridge. I am very pleased with the service I received and would highly recommend them for your insurance needs. Laura was very informative and knowledgeable about the many different insurance products that State Farm offers and she was very considerate of my requests and needs.
I have NO IDEA how they get away with doing this but I would NOT RECOMMEND this company/agent to anyone. My husband, whose been a customer for 15+ years with State Farm, was in the works of purchasing a used car. We needed proof of insurance of course to get all the appropriate forms submitted to the DMV. Ten days later, and things kept coming up from the seller so the car ended up NOT being purchased.
