For the most part I think Katech has quality parts. However, with the LS9 headstuds previously installed in my C6 Zr1, this was not the case. Heads were not milled, nut bottomed out on threads causing the head to lift. Katech refuses to refund on price of headstuds. I even have emails saying the threads are sufficient and there won’t be issues. Needless to say the car now has APR 2000’s from Kong performance. All other parts from Katech may be great. Just installed my Katech C7 ported 87mm throttle body today, was a night & day difference with my 2017 Z06 A8 with throttle response and the added HP!

You could at least attempt to care about customer service when a customer calls you. We bought a part, paid a mark-up for it since it came directly from Summit (even in the Summit packaging still). At least let your customers know the parts they are purchasing are parts that can be bought straight off the shelf and nothing special. Might just pay the shipping cost to get a refund and take our business to somewhere that would ask how to make it right. Our Corvette parts will not come from KATECH.
I bought the LS9 conversion clutch for my 2010 Camaro SS. Jason helped the whole way though my purchase making sure I got everything I needed for the install. I have put about 1k on the clutch so far and it feels great with real smooth shifts. Finally put some power down and man I can feel the difference better than any other clutch for sure! Katech knows how to build cars and it shows on their products!
