Doug was fantastic! His customer service was above and beyond. Nice selection and I found a lovely purse. Will definitely come back.
I had the most unpleasant experience at the Kate Spade store in Ross Park Mall. From the moment I walked in, I was treated like I didn’t belong there. As I browsed the purses, an employee literally scoffed at me—yes, scoffed—as if I had no right to be in the store. Will not come back here. I came here last month and the employees were staring at me like I was going to steal something. I was not going to steal something. I picked up a bag I liked so I could see the inside. The employee would not stop watching me. I felt very uncomfortable and did not purchase the bag. I immediately left. Terrible.
I usually don't write reviews, but Doug, Maria, and Erin were the best! They were friendly and created an atmosphere that was easy to shop in. We chatted about the Heinz collab and all of the cute Kate Spade collectible items. The item I ended up wanting was out of stock in store but they happily ordered it online for me.
Had an amazing experience at the Ross Park Mall Kate Spade store, and specifically a great time with Doug. My friend and I were walking around the mall and decided to go into Kate Spade. Doug was very welcoming as we entered the store.
