Wonderful customer service from Selena at KS Dallas! She is exemplary! I needed an exchange, and the KS Outlet in Tulsa said they could not exchange it since it was KS Retail bag. Stating that they would need to jump through hoops to exchange the bag and that I need to contact KS directly. I contacted KS through email, and after much communication back and forth, they directed me to contact my nearest store which is 4 hours away. The customer service at this location is fantastic. I went to many stores in the mall and felt very unwelcome. Emily greeted me, I explained exactly what I was looking for and she gave me all the options. She asked me questions I never considered when purchasing. Sadly she was off when I got back to purchase but the lady that helped me (I am sorry I forgot your name) was equally nice and very helpful.
