Was this provider's staff friendly? No, they were rude Does this provider welcome questions? Yes, they don't mind answering my questions Was this provider's office clean? Yes everything was neat and sterile Did you notice a foul odor when you arrived at this provider's office? No, I didn't notice an odor Did you have to wait long after you arrived for your appointment? I had to wait for a little while.

Were the restrooms clean at this provider's office? Yes, I could tell they were cleaned regularly Were you able to relax during your appointment? Yes, I was completely at ease Did this family doctor answer all of your questions? Every question I had was answered thoroughly Did this provider ever postpone your appointment? Not at all! They always try to get me in as soon as possible Did this provider show attention to detail? Absolutely! They are always very careful and meticulous

They had a few interesting magazines, plus a television showing family type shows,which made my time in the waiting room go by much faster. They were some of the most caring staff I've ever dealt with. Easy to relate to and were more than happy to answer any questions I had, regarding my health and the health of my children.

Did this provider use excessive foul language? Not at all! They are always respectful and courteous! Did this provider rush your appointment? No, I was able to ask as many questions as I wanted Did this provider seem well-trained and experienced? Absolutely, they were an expert! Did you notice a foul odor when you arrived at this provider's office? Not at all, their office smelled fantastic!

The atmostphere and main nurse are very cold. If my appt is at 3:30 I may be seen by 4:30 they have no appreciation for my time. They never make attempts to follow up with me after my appointment. It doesn't matter how many times I come here, they just cannot seem to remember my name and they make no effort to even try. I'd rather go to someone else who might actually appreciate my loyalty and business. They didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't answer all my questions.
