Dr. Lops is very professional, knowledgeable, and understanding. She looks at the whole patient, not just one symptom. She has been my family doctor for around 10 years and I would highly recommend her practice. The office staff that she has now are the best group she has had.

I have been going to Dr Lops for years. A couple of times in the past I have waited for 45+ minutes but she has also talked to me for as long as I needed so I don't mind the wait. She is patient, asks questions, offers suggestions and doesn't judge or get angry when I don't always follow her advice. If she gets impatient with me she doesnt show it and I appreciate that. She's open to alternate ways of doing things instead of just prescribing pills. I like and admire her very much.
Unprofessional
I would never, never send anyone I know to this doctor. She does not have time for you and WILL NOT give you any of your test results. Her nurse is horrible. I stopped going to her about 2 years ago because I couldn't get any of my test results when they came in. They never contact with any results and if call to request them, they don't even return your call. I've never been to a doctor like her. I now have a very good doctor in the Crestview area. No, they were ready for me right after I arrived. Did they follow up with you after your appointment? Yes. Did this provider's staff seem to respect him/her? Definitely! They staff spoke very highly of him/her Does this provider offer flexible appointment times? Absolutely! I never have a problem!

The office staff is extremely rude, unprofessional and lacking basic medical knowledge for their jobs. The nurse attended to me in flipflops stretch pants and an oversized t shirt, hair was A MESS and scary. The receptionist is basically a rude witch who belittles you, I saw patients who had appointements turned away and people got up, told them to ready their medical records they were leaving... and I am one of them
